White chocolate and passionfruit mousse with a ginger Florentine cookie
Wineries: Contratto Extra Brut, Gramona Gessami Blanco, Monte Carbonare Soave and Mocali Brunello di Montalcino. The finale: Poire Prisonniere, an award-winning pear-infused brandy.
