Orlando – The barbecue chain 4 Rivers Smokehouse has rolled out a line of jerky. The grab-and-go product comes in five flavors, each hardwood-smoked and nitrate-free: Original Beef, Red Pepper Beef, Pork & Beef, Turkey, and Venison & Pork. The protein snack is sold in all 14 4 Rivers restaurants, located in Florida and Georgia, and in its sister restaurants including The Coop.
