Orlando -- An Americanized banh mi shop called Mai Bistro will open on November 17, 2017. With a spiffy modern decor and fast-casual service, the restaurant will specialize in Vietnamese-style submarine sandwiches, which generally have flavorful pickled vegetables. Other Vietnamese street food items will include sticky rice, crepe rolls and sweets. Condiments, breads and more will be prepared in-house daily. Prices will range from $7 to $11 at lunch and  $11 to $15 at dinner.
