Orlando—The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic has long been a hit each fall, and it’s almost entirely outdoors meaning it’s a perfect event for these peculiar times. Now we can eat and drink all evening long again in April at the Swan and Dolphin Spring Food & Wine Classic. This new take on the evening festivities will include 12 food stations including The Pig & Poke (think: luau), Chinatown and Beer Garden. Look for desserts by executive pastry chef and world pastry champion Laurent Branlard and 50+ beverages; surely most will be wines. Here’s the full menu.
