Orlando -- The Dr. Phillips pub The Whiskey is hosting a five-course tasting dinner to celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month. Knob Creek will be provide the spirits. On the menu: Kentucky burgoo stew, seared pork belly, grilled swordfish, pan-seared duck breast and s'mores. A whiskey master will describe each beverage, guests will receive gifts and T-shirts, and neat samples will be provided.
