Orlando -- Downtown Orlando's DoveCote brasserie opened is now open, serving French-inspired dishes in a grand setting. An all-star team is behind the concept: chef Clayton Miller, who was Norman's first chef de cuisine; Gene Zimmerman of The Courtesy Bar; and Larry Foor of Cask & Larder, who helped with the beer line-up. The 5,000-square-foot establishment will serve light breakfasts and full lunches and dinners.
