Lake Buena Vista -- Learn about Italian wines from a Master Sommelier at this year's Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic, a two-day food-and-wine fest.

In addition to two evenings of food-and-wine samplings, plus many educational offerings, the event will feature a session on wines from Italy's Barolo and Barbaresco regions, highlighting the Nebbiolo grape. The teacher: Master Sommelier Matthew Citriglia, pictured.
