Orlando -- The Meatball Stoppe is hosting a Cook, Wine and Dine class. It will be taught by chef-owner Isabella Morgia di Vicari. Participants will learn how to prepare cantaloupe soup with basil crema; an eggplant stack; spinach and carrot fettucine with prosciutto, shallots and tomatoes; and cannoli.
