Orlando – Celebrity chef José Andrés and his ThinkFoodGroup are bringing the restaurant Jaleo to Orlando. The restaurant, to be located in Disney Springs, will feature Spanish flavors. According to the initial press release, Jaleo will be a multi-level waterfront establishment serving Latin-influenced tapas, paella, sangria and Spanish wines. A grab-and-go window will sell sandwiches. Spanish designer Juli Capella is behind the look of the restaurant. The restaurant will open sometime this year.
