Orlando -- The Scottsdale-based Modern American cuisine restaurant chain Kona Grill will open in Winter Park's Lakeside Crossing on November 21, 2016. The concept features sushi crations and signature dishes such as macadamia nut chickenwith  mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, shoyu cream and pineapple-papaya marmalade.
