Orlando -- Mark Boor, executive of the restaurant Paddlefish, will teach a cooking class the Publix Aprons School in Orlando's Dr. Phillips neighborhood. Paddlefish is a seafood house owned by Levy Restaurants and located in Disney Springs. The class menu embraces Paddlefish's from-the-water focus.
