Orlando – Along with the rest of the nation's Loews hotels, those at Universal Orlando will feature foods from local suppliers. For example, Olde Hearth Bread Company products will be sold at Sal's Market Deli at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, and Kissimmee River Mushrooms will be used in Jake's American Bar and Islands Dining Room, both at Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The program is called FLAVOR by Loews Hotels.
