Orlando – The folks behind the 4Rivers Smokehouse barbecue chain will open a food truck called 4R Cantina Barbacoa at Disney Springs by summer's end. Located in the Marketplace section, the grab-and-go foodservice outlet will offer a taco cone, a burrito bowl, a vegetarian squash blossom burrito, and dulce de leche churro balls.
