Mission Inn is near the Old Howey Mansion, a historic Mediterranean Revival home that was abandoned for many years but will reopen later in 2017 as a bed-and-breakfast and event venue. It will have 20 guestrooms for lodgers. I'm not sure why Mission Inn shared this info in its press release, but I'm glad to know details about this long-awaited rejuvenation of a storied Central Florida gem.
