Orlando – Craig J. Rapp, a resident of Orlando suburb Winter Springs, has been named the recipient of the JBF National Scholarship Program. The program, under the auspices of the James Beard Foundation, gives up to $20,000 to 10 people annually. Rapp is pursuing his PhD at the University of Centra Florida, focusing on ways restaurants can improve employee well-being.
