AMUSE BOUCHE: Pickled rock shrimp with kaffir lime and Thai basil paired with a crisp glass of sauvignon blanc.
FIRST COURSE: Radicchio with pears, macadamia nuts, and guanciale topped with goat cheese and pear mostarda paired with a glass of chardonnay.
SECOND COURSE: Duck breast with farro, mushrooms and duck jus paired with a glass of Stag Leap’s very own Investor Blend.
THIRD COURSE: Venison duo: including (1) tartare, charred pearl onion and crispy parsnip and (2) seared Denver leg with juniper, parsnip puree and topped demi-glace paired with a full-bodied glass of cabernet sauvignon.
DESSERT: Pink peppercorn pavlova including papaya granite and honey anglaise paired with a rich glass of late-harvest viognier.
