Orlando – The Shula’s Steak House in Orlando has been revamped with a new look, menu and identity. Its seven sister restaurants will soon get the same re-do.
This Shula’s, located in the Swan-Dolphin resort at Walt Disney World, now has more photos of namesake football coach Don Shula, a three-sided wraparound bar in the lounge, and an updated menu.
Launching May 15, the new menu will include a 22-ounce dry-aged ribeye, Maryland-style crab cakes, and a new twist on the wedge salad, now with savory tomato jam, bleu cheese and applewood-smoked bacon crumbles.
I haven’t made it over yet, but it seems the new menu keeps with the traditional steakhouse concept while adding a new energy.
