Orlando -- On Thursday and Friday evenings this summer, Christner's Prime Steak & Lobster will offer four-course Summer Wine & Dine dinners for $87 to $103. Dinners include carefully paired wines.

In July, dinners will feature grouper bites (Galerie, Naissance, Sauvignon Blanc), Caesar salad and crème brûlée (Selenium Vineyard Riesling). Entree selections are a 6-, 8- or 12-ounce filet mignon. The filet will be paired with Neyers Ranch Merlot.

The August menu will be different.
