Orlando—Just north of Disney World, Evermore Orlando Resort will be a huge resort complex, scheduled to debut in 2023. On the land of the luxe long-time Villas of Grand Cypress, the 1,100-acre property, now owned by Dart Interests, will upon completion have 433 Conrad Orlando hotel rooms, as well as apartments, houses, and 69 sizes of vacations villas with hotel services—10,000 bedrooms total. The hotel will have a rooftop restaurant, a spa and meeting facilities. Elsewhere, Evermore guests will have access to a 20-acre indoor beach complex on an 8-acre bay, a food hall and market, two golf courses, and a two-story events venue called Boathouse.
