Orlando — Summer specials give barbecue fans another reason to visit the 4 Rivers Smokehouse nearest them.
Through June 27, you can get a Mac Attack Bowl. It’s mac ‘n’ cheese topped with your choice of meat or vegan burnt ends plus cole slaw or baked beans, barbecue sauce, crumbled cornbread and scallions—the Kitchen Sink, smoky-style.
In July, the Six Shooter (pictured) returns. It’s baked cheese grits loaded with protein, cole slaw, pickles, jalapenos and the 4R signature sauce.
The Brisket Burger will be available in August. For that, the beef will be chargrilled and served with melted cheddar, fried onions and that same sauce.
