Orlando—Whether you gather with friends six feet apart on your patio, in a park or on a beach, you want food that’s both tasty and easy to eat away from your kitchen table. The 4 Rivers Smokehouse folks have a solution. Together with Tessa’s Table, the locally based barbecue chain created Gourmet Gazing Boards. The boards feature a combination of cheeses, cured meats, smoked meats, fruits, artisan crackers and breads, dips, nuts, chocolates and jams.

The first board to debut is the 4th of July Smokehouse Charcuterie Board, designed for Independence Day celebrations. For $125, customers will receive food for 10 to 12 people. The cheese will be red white and blue (brie, goat, bleu white cheddar and provolone), as will the chocolate bark with edible glitter. Smoked sausage, hard salami, dried salami, fresh seasonal fruit, olives, cornichon pickles, nuts, gourmet crackers, pretzels, strawberry preserves, whole grain mustard and 4 Rivers Signature BBQ sauce will also be included.
