Ocala -- In what may be the pairing of the season, Orlando brasserie DoveCote will host a dinner at the Wagyu cattle ranch and olive grove Clear Creek Farm in Ocala. The "table-to-the-farm" event will feature a three-course meal by Chef Clay Miller plus Halter Ranch wines--plus specialty cocktails, passed hors d'ouevres, an olive oil tasting and a tour of the olive mill.
