Orlando – Sushi Pop has opened a second restaurant in Winter Park (it’s a Vietnamese restaurant named ChauHaus for lunch Wednesday-Sunday), and the grand opening is May 2. Chef/Co-owner Chau Trinh will cut the ribbon at 6:30 p.m, and then invite the public to dine. Sushi and drink specials will be available.

Plus, you can win freebies. Sushi Pop Winter Park will be giving away a hat, T-shirts, coasters and a $50 gift card. The first omakase – a multi-course meal prepared at the chef’s whim – will be Thursday, May 9, and Friday, May 10, at 5:15pm and 8:15pm. Only 16 people can attend each one. The price is $135; drinks tax and tip are extra.
