Orlando — 35 culinary kiosks and nine pop-up bars will enthrall even die-hard food skeptics at a new Orlando-area food event. It’s called Sip & Savor, and it will be a one-night bash featuring foods and beverages from the teams at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Among the treats will be Bull & Bear’s fried chicken and duck ham, La Luce’s short rib ravioli and bruschetta bianca, Zeta Asian’s spicy nachos, pecan-smoked Black Angus brisket, cassolette d’escargots and pâté pantin. Plus lots of desserts. 10 Beaujolais, a sake with Japanese whiskey, rum cocktails, bubbles, dessert wines and craft beers will be poured. The price is $275pp plus tax and tip.
